We’re so glad you’re here and excited to help you find the perfect bunny companion.
To join our waitlist, we require a $20 non-refundable deposit, which can be made via Venmo, PayPal, check, or cash. This deposit confirms your genuine interest and will be applied toward the total cost of your bunny.
Once we receive your waitlist form, we’ll contact you to arrange the deposit. Your spot on the waitlist will be confirmed once the deposit is received.
We maintain one waitlist for all upcoming litters. When a litter reaches about 3–5 weeks of age, we begin contacting families in the order they joined. At that point, you’ll receive individual photos and personality descriptions of the available bunnies. While we do our best to honor your color and gender preferences, availability depends on each litter.
When it’s your turn to choose, a second non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your bunny. This also goes toward the final price. If none of the bunnies from that litter are the right fit, you're welcome to pass and remain on the list for future litters.
The remaining balance is due at the time of pickup.
Lilli’s Lops Sales Policy
Thank you so much for choosing a bunny from Lilli’s Lops! We take joy in raising happy, healthy, and well-loved babies. Please take a moment to read our simple policies below.
Deposits:
A 50% non-refundable deposit holds your bunny until pickup. Deposits go toward the total cost. If you cancel, your deposit is forfeited.
Payment & Pickup:
The remaining balance is due before or at pickup. Please communicate if you need to adjust your pickup time — after a few days with no contact, your bunny may be relisted.
Health:
All bunnies leave our rabbitry healthy to the best of our knowledge.
Gender:
We do our very best to sex each bunny accurately, but young bunnies can sometimes surprise us! No refunds are given for gender errors.
Refunds & Returns:
All sales are final. If you ever can’t keep your bunny, we’ll gladly welcome them back — but no refunds or credits are issued.
Transport:
We can help coordinate transport at the buyer’s expense. Once the bunny leaves our care, we can’t be responsible for anything that happens in transit.
